Dear delegate at ECRPL2025 It is with great pleasure that we welcome to you the third European Conference on Reflective Practice-based Learning hosted at the University College of Northern Denmark. This year’s conference promises to be a n intimate and intellectually stimulating event that will bring together researchers, educators, and professionals from across Europe and beyond. Our conference themes is , ‘Research on Organisational Perspectives on RPL and Lifelong Learning’, ‘Placement and/or Practice - Oriented RPL’ and ‘Disruptive Technologies, Technological Literacy, and RPL’. Together, we will explore the intersections, challenges, and opportunities in these critical areas. We encourage all participants to actively engage in discussions, share your expertise, and build lasting connections. ECRPL2025 is not just a conference; it’s a platform for collaboration to explore, challenge and develop current practices of reflective practice-based learning (RPL) in professional practice and higher education.
